Villa San Martino sleeps 8-10 people in four large double bedrooms with a loft room for 2 children.
Villa San Martino Bookings are taken on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday and the villa is available all year round. The swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of October and is unheated.
Prices are as follows:
Low Season £2200 per week
High Season £3200 per week
(High Season runs from July 19th to September 6th.)

Frequently asked Questions about booking
Are bed linen and towels included?
All linen and towels are included (except towels for the swimming pool). The house will be fully prepared for your arrival including beds made. The beds will be changed each weekend if you stay for longer than a week.
Are there any extra charges?
None at all.
What is your booking policy?
We agree the rental the house for the dates you need by email and request a deposit as confirmation of your booking. Once we receive the deposit the house is not advertised further for the dates we have agreed with you. We send a receipt for the deposit by e-mail along with a date for final payment, which is 6 weeks before the rental date. We also send an information form for you to fill in showing the names of guests and the numbers of couples/singles. There is a space to indicate if you need a cot. Then we pass on your estimated time of arrival to the house manager.
After full payment we send a further receipt and directions with a local map and contact details for the house manager who speaks perfect English, Italian and German.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you pay a non-returnable deposit of 50% to reserve the property for your holiday. We ask you to pay the final instalment 6 weeks before you travel and at this stage this payment too is non-returnable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Holiday insurance is generally available to cover cancellation and other holiday risks.
Can extra people be accommodated in the house?
We are afraid that the house cannot be re-arranged, so the maximum number of adults is 8. However, there is space for cots which could be accommodated and space for very young children.
We request that you provide us with the names of all the people in your party and numbers of couples and singles so that the right numbers are prepared for you. We are unable to accept additional guests other than the names we have on file, and house manager will not admit a party with extra guests.
